How we work
Safe Pacific works directly with clients from cargo planning to final delivery coordination. Each shipment starts with cargo details, packing list, dimensions, weight, photos, origin port, destination port, and required shipment date.
The chartering and operations team evaluates the cargo, selects suitable vessel options, checks port conditions, and prepares the most practical shipping solution. Once confirmed, operations coordinates vessel booking, port handling, loading supervision, stowage planning, cargo securing, documentation, voyage monitoring, discharge coordination, and destination support.
For South Pacific destinations, our local agency and destination support network helps coordinate port discharge, inland delivery planning, customs support, DDU and DDP solutions, and practical cargo handling where local knowledge is essential.
